Another springlike day in New York
Even though they won’t “fill” the canal for a few more weeks and it doesn’t officially open until May 1st, we saw this canoe today.

Lockport
We drove over to Akron today to bring home the urn from the cemetery for the winter. On the way we stopped in Lockport to see the locks.
We watched this boat being raised and then exiting the upper of the two “modern” locks.
Looking down at the old locks. There were five altogether.
